"Over the last 30 years, during my time working the Prison Service Estates Department, Highland Services has worked in all the sites that I have managed. Highland are a 1st class contractor who do their upmost to deliver on time and on budget and provide whatever added value they can along the way... they understand the challenges of working in a secure and demanding environment. The contract values have varied from reactive callouts at £65 to project works over £1m. All works are completed to high standards and managed superbly throughout the length of the contract. I have no hesitation in recommending Highland Services to any other Public funded service looking to recruit a reliable contractor."

Christopher Silcox, Facility Manager, Amey

"Highland Services has, for many years, provided Amey with 1st class support with all major project work in the sensitive Prison Environment, offering professional advice, experience, and technical knowledge to assist Amey in delivering a quality product for our client HMPPS. Highland Services is a reliable contractor that Amey look toward for a competitive assurance and value in all works presented to them."

Glen Rees, Project Manager, Amey

"Having been an Estates Manager in Higher Education and Contracts Manager for a housing association I have been a client of Highland Services for the past 7 years. I have nothing but praise for the service they provide, from large projects to responsive repairs I have been provided with a complete service from them. High quality workmanship and an understanding of the clients requirements has always been my experience of Highlands service. For the sectors I have been involved in, reliability is often an issue with contractors, however Highland have never let me down and they cover all aspects of construction, maintenance and M and E compliance."

Rob Cooze, Estates Manager, University of Wales Trinity & St David

"Highland Services have provided the Electrical Planned and Reactive maintenance services to South Wales Police for over 20 years... I can testify to their exemplary service... Highland Services have also provided a full range of building and engineering services, all of which have been of very high standard. Highland Services have always delivered to a very high standard of quality and have been extremely flexible and reliable in their approach, they have always been very proactive in assisting our planning processes for large scale infrastructure projects, whilst being equally responsive for emergency repairs. Professionally managed, placing the client at the heart of their service, I have no hesitation in endorsing Highland Services for any works."

Dan Ferris, Estates Manager - Facilities, South Wales Police

"Highland's customer service and adeptness and leadership skills are their strong points, and their ability to cover the total scope of any job makes them an ideal company for any client to rely on; They have demonstrated the ability to facilitate electrical, mechanical, and building skills, with a first-class design team. Highland strive to future proof the company through skilled staff who keep them ahead of the competition, and by expanding and adapting to cover all work aspects in building and maintenance contracts. Highland have delivered multiple projects, and in my opinion, have an excellent track record, examples being the new Data centre in Fairwater, the retro fit in the old Sony offices on Kingsway for LOS, and HQ main block refit in Bridgend."

Jeremy Howells, Electrical Supervisor, South Wales Police

“Highland’s service is first class, they are highly efficient and communication skills are second to none. All engineers are well mannered, polite and works are carried out to a high standard. I highly recommend Highland to other organisations.”
