Asa live police headquarters with people working in all areas, an initial challenge was the reduction of any potential disturbance.
An effective coordination and communication with both Dyfed-Powys Police and the client representative was key. Highland Services ensured this through our comprehensive communications plan with weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams and by having Project Manager Stephen Pritchard based on-site.
