Highland ensured that the client was well informed via briefings, e-mails, and notifications etc and that our staff were always fully briefed, followed Covid-19 processes and were fully aware of their safeguarding responsibilities. All signage was in place and regularly monitored and updated as required
On and off-site Security
All staff were fully vetted to ensure the relevant clearance and competencies were in place prior to carrying out any works.
All staff received a contract induction, ensuring all management obligations were considered, emergency procedures were clear, and that all site rules were understood.
