Project Overview

Highland Services partnered once again with Calan DVS to deliver a full refurbishment of a property in Carmarthenshire. The project involved converting a traditional residential dwelling into a fully compliant 3-bed House in Multiple Occupation (HMO), supporting Calan DVS’s mission to provide safe, high-quality accommodation for vulnerable individuals. Works included major structural alterations, a complete internal fit-out, and external landscaping – all delivered within a tight timeframe and with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
